I am the owner of Frankie Cakes. I am a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in New York and Florida International University. I am a former Executive Chef, who turned my culinary attention to the sweet side of the food industry. For the past 12 years, I have focused on baking and cake decorating. My specialty is any dessert that involves chocolate. I am also currently the Pastry Chef at South Carolina Yacht Club.
