I believe that my customers' needs are of the utmost importance and making their wedding day special is very important to me. I am committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of my business is from repeat customers and referrals.
I am a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in New York and Florida International University. I am a former Executive Chef, who turned my culinary attention to the sweet side of the food industry. For the past 15 years, I have focused on baking and cake decorating. My specialty is making unique cake flavors and fillings and of course anything Chocolate!
I currently also work as the Pastry Chef at South Carolina Yacht Club during the day.
